Eden Smith, together with Greenbriar Realty of Knoxville, handled a ground lease project with Jack’s Restaurant locating them in the new Dyersburg Commons Center. Lease terms are for 20 years with future options.
BC Partners North purchased 2757 North Highland, which consists of 2.2 acres for development. The purchase price was $250,000.00. Buyers plan to develop a freestanding building together with a strip center. Eden represented the buyers and sellers.
A Chicago investor purchased the 428 Wiley Parker Rd. office building. The purchase price was $325,000 for the 3,240SF building. The site is now being leased to the WeeCare Preschool and DayCare, LLC.
A family owned car wash business from Savannah, GA. purchased 1.47 acres on FE Wright Dr next to Sonic for $835,000.00. They plan to build a 150’ tunnel wash with the latest industry equipment, including 30 free vacuums. Eden Smith represented the buyers and seller.

The Illinois Central Railroad Building can be found on 245 W Sycamore St and sits on 8,916 square feet. It was constructed by the Illinois Central Railroad around 1920. It served as their division headquarters and as a communications center for the adjacent yards.

Eden served as the listing agent for the 3500 sq. ft. building which has now become Green Frog Coffee Company. This premiere coffee café featuring lattes, soups, sandwiches, salads, and in-house ice cream is located in Thomsen Farms. This busy area generates a lot of traffic given Green Frog a thriving market for business.

This office building with a warehouse sold for $319,900. The office building is 7,250 square feet and the detached warehouse is 8,800 square feet. It sits on 1.6 acres and is off Hwy 45 Bypass. Along with ample parking spaces, this location also provides easy access and visibility.

The Shops at Thomsen Farms, a strip center with a number of businesses; Panda Chinese and Japanese Food, Clubhouse Barbers, Westside Cleaners, The Urban Eye, Madison Men, and Performance Running of West Tennessee is a part of the 10-acre area of Thomsen Farms.

Walgreens is on a 1.5 acre lot in Thomsen Farms that is located at the corner of Oil Well and Pleasant Plains, a highly traveled area. It resides next to The Shops at Thomsen Farms and the Bank of Jackson.
First Citizens Bank, one of the main entrances to Thomsen Farms, was developed on a 1.8 acre lot sold by Eden Smith. It is a location with great exposure and across the street from Target and Academy Sports + Outdoors.
